The hotel has some highlights like a super clean and spacious pool area, and I really appreciated the fact that they let us change rooms when the initial one wasn't what we expected. However, the accommodations were quite dated, and there was this annoying gap in the sliding door that let bugs in. While it's close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud, which I loved, there were definitely some comfort issues that could use improvement.
